We offer overnight stays and day stays. Day stays are 8 hours long and perfect for a company retreat or birthday. We also offer session/yearly rentals for photography/videography. Cabins are not included with day rentals.

Overnight stays operate on a 3PM check-in and 11AM check-out. Weekends are only booked as overnight package deals for Friday and Saturday evening. Holiday weekends such as Labor Day and Memorial Day require a Friday/Saturday/Sunday overnight package. 

If you book an overnight rental, you'll have access to our lodging cabins. We have 12 cabins, each with approximately 5 bunks. You can use our beach area, lifejackets, and boating equipment. The pier is not guaranteed to be in. Our mess hall and kitchen are available and stocked with basic cooking equipment. We have a lodge, sports fields, hiking trails, and more. When you book a rental, you book the entire camp, not a single cabin. For weddings, we do not supply tents or décor. You may use tables and chairs that are at Camp, but they usually don't fit the style of many weddings!

No. We do not have staff onsite to cook for you, lifeguard, or provide other services. You will have a contact person check you in and out of the facility.

Please email us with your requested dates. We will be in touch to discuss any further details and send you a rental agreement. Please note that we only rent in the spring and fall as we are closed for the winter and operate summer camp and events during the summer.

2025 rates are as follows:

Day rentals are $200.

Overnight weekend rentals are $1,250 and book for Friday and Saturday night. This is a package deal. Three-day holiday weekends will cost $2,100. 

Overnight weekday rentals (Sunday) are $500 and other days (Monday - Thursday) are $400 a night. 

***To secure your rental date, $200 is due as a non-refundable deposit with a copy of your signed contract. Then 1/2 the rent is due at 90 days prior and the remaining is due 30 days prior to your rental check in. There is also a $150 refundable damages deposit due with final payment.

Tobacco products and alcohol are allowed on site. There is no smoking in, or near the buildings. All "butts" must be safely disposed of. We ask that you follow all ordinances/laws with tobacco/alcohol consumption and distribution, maintain a modest noise level for our neighbors, and clean up ALL trash.

We are happy to host well-behaved pets and service animals. All poo must be picked up. Any leftover poo or damage noted by Camp Whitley representatives will result in fines. All pets and service animals should be up to date on vaccines.
